Before getting started you will need to purchase Unlimited Elements pro from the link below to access the Logo Carousel widget.
Then follow these steps:
Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
Choose the zip file you downloaded, upload, and then click Activate.
Once activated, you’ll need to enter your license key.
Now that you have the plugin installed, it’s time to start creating the Logo Carousel.
Step #2: Adding the Logo Carousel widget to your Elementor website
To create a Logo Carousel you need to install the Logo Carousel widget from the Unlimited Elements Widget library.
Go to Unlimited Elements in the WordPress Dashboard
Search for the "Logo Carousel"
Hover over the widget and click install

We can open the item image link in new tab is we toggle this option to yes.
Arrow Icons Settings
If you have selected to show the arrows, then you can choose the arrow icons here.
Left Arrow
Choose an icon for left navigation arrow.
Right Arrow
Choose an icon for right navigation arrow.
Connected Widgets Settings
Enable Remote Connection
Widget Name for Connection
Choose this to "Auto Detectable", so it will automatically detect the remote widgets.
Sync
Sync Group
Choose the same group for two or more item-based widgets so they can sync together.
Items Settings
Title
Type the title for logo carousel item.
Image
Choose the image for logo carousel item.
Link
Paste your URL to link with logo.
Two Items Per Column
This will allow us to show two items in one column.
