The 5 Ws that should be asked in every project!
What
Why
Where
When
Who
What?
The first thing you should ask when collecting requirements for your project is, "What are they looking for?" This is the most essential issue to consider.
Why?
Even though it appears to be self-evident, I've been a part of projects where the why question was never asked!
Where?
Will the customer be able to access your project once it is completed? Once all of this planning has been completed, where will your project end up?
When?
The answer to this question will come later in this article, but it is one of the most commonly asked questions.
Who?
Who are your stakeholders, team, client who will work on and profit from the completion of your project?

Bread & Cereals
Carbohydrates should take up a significant portion of your plate. Potatoes, rice, beans, bread, whole grains, couscous and pasta are all good options.
Vegetables & Fruit
At least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day is recommended. It's all about mixing things up to ensure you get a balanced vitamin and mineral intake on a daily basis.
Meat & Fish
Protein is required by the body for growth and repair. Meat, fish, poultry, eggs, and dairy products are high-quality proteins (those that are more easily absorbed by the body).
Fats
Fats and sweets are at the apex of the healthy eating pyramid. These are non-essential nutrients in a diet, therefore they should be consumed only in small amounts.
