Scroll Text Animation Widget Frequently Asked Questions
The Scroll Text Animation Widget allows you to create smooth, scroll-triggered text reveal animations on your Elementor pages. As users scroll, text is revealed dynamically, helping guide attention, enhance storytelling, and improve content flow.
Yes. The Scroll Text Animation Widget is free and available in the Unlimited Elements widget library. You can install and use it without upgrading to a paid plan.

The widget supports scroll-based text reveal animations, where text appears progressively as the user scrolls. You can reveal text character by character or word by word, depending on the selected Reveal Type.
Reveal Type determines how the text is animated:
- Character-based reveal animates each letter individually
- Word-based reveal animates one word at a time
This allows you to control the animation style and pacing.
Yes. You can fine-tune the animation using:
- Reveal Speed (ms) to control how fast the text is revealed
- Reveal Smoothness (ms) to adjust how fluid the transitions feel
- Animation Easing to define the motion curve for a natural or stylized effect
Yes. Using the Repeat Reveal (ms) option, you can set a delay that causes the animation to restart after it finishes, creating a looping scroll-based effect.
When Pin is enabled, the text remains fixed (or “pinned”) in the viewport while the user continues scrolling. This is useful for storytelling sections or dramatic content reveals.
- Animation Start Position defines the scroll point where the animation begins
- Animation End Position determines where the animation completes
These settings give you precise control over when and how the animation plays during scrolling.
Show Markers displays visual indicators on the screen showing the start and end points of the animation. This is useful for debugging and fine-tuning scroll behavior during design and testing.
