Taxonomy Terms Widget Demo
A quick and easy way to display taxonomies
Easy Navigation
The Taxonomy Terms widget allows you to create an archive type navigation menu using a taxonomy. The widget generates a list of the terms that belong to a specific taxonomy so that each item can be clicked to navigate easily to the term archive in your WordPress website.
What is a Taxonomy?
A taxonomy is a way of grouping posts together based on a select number of relationships. By default, a standard post will have two taxonomy types called Categories and Tags which are a handy way of ensuring that the related content on your website is easy for visitors to find and navigate.
Hide Empty & Exclude Terms
By default WordPress adds a category called uncategorized to your website. In most cases you will not want to display that category in your taxonomy list. We created an option for you to exclude specific terms from the list.
Another common use case is that you will probably not want to show terms which are empty. We created an option to hide empty terms in that case.
