I am passionate about empowering people to take charge of their own bodies, and to heal, and to transform and live from within.
History
In addition to teaching yoga, I am also a mother of three, and a wife and mother of three. I am a lifelong student of yoga, its history.
Creative
I love working at Body Positive Yoga Center (BPI) in Santa Fe, New Mexico and finding creative ways to introduce yoga to people of all ages.
