Creamy Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients
- 200g pasta (spaghetti or penne)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)

Boil Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and reserve a little pasta water for later use.

Add Ingredients
In same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté gently for 1 minute until fragrant, but not browned or burnt.

Stir Pasta
Return pasta to pot, add grated parmesan, salt, pepper, and a splash of reserved water. Stir until creamy and fully combined.

Serve Hot
Plate the pasta hot and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately for best flavor and perfect cheesy texture.
