This step-by-step guide will show you how to add a clean, hierarchical Accordion Menu block to your WordPress site using the Unlimited Elements Blocks Library. The Accordion Menu block is highly flexible, perfect for organizing sub-navigation, displaying structured content like product categories, saving vertical space, and works directly inside the native WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) – no coding required.
Click Download, then in your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP file.
Click Install Now and then Activate to enable the plugin.
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Unlimited Elements → Blocks Library.
This is where all available blocks are listed and managed.
Use the search bar at the top right and type “Accordion Menu”.
The Accordion Menu block will appear in the results list.
Hover over the Accordion Menu block and click Install.
This adds the block to your available options in the editor.
Open any page or post using the WordPress block editor.
Click the (+) Add Block button, search for “Accordion Menu”, and insert it into the page.
Once added, select the Accordion Menu block and use the settings panel on the right. Add or remove Accordion Toggles (Title and Content), choose the Initial State (Open/Closed by Default), and set the Collapsing Behavior (Single or Multiple Open). Select the Toggle Icon. Customize the Styling for the Toggle Title Background and Typography (Normal and Active states), Content Panel Background, Toggle Icon Color and Size, and Animation Speed to create a functional, visually appealing hierarchical content organizer that fits your site’s design.
