This step-by-step guide will show you how to add a clean, dedicated Block Quote Card (or Styled Quote with Attribution) to your WordPress site using the Unlimited Elements Blocks Library. The Block Quote Card block is highly flexible, perfect for visually separating and highlighting important quotes, excerpts, or testimonials within a defined card container, improving readability and impact, and works directly inside the native WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) – no coding required.
Click Download, then in your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP file.
Click Install Now and then Activate to enable the plugin.
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Unlimited Elements → Blocks Library.
This is where all available blocks are listed and managed.
Use the search bar at the top right and type “Block Quote Card”.
The Block Quote Card block will appear in the results list.
Hover over the Block Quote Card block and click Install.
This adds the block to your available options in the editor.
Open any page or post using the WordPress block editor.
Click the (+) Add Block button, search for “Block Quote Card”, and insert it into the page.
Once added, select the Block Quote Card block and use the settings panel on the right. Enter the Quote Text and Author/Source Name, set the optional Profile Picture and Source Link, and choose the Layout Style. Customize the Styling for the Card Container Background, Border Radius and Box Shadow, Quote Text Typography, and the Quote Icon to create a functional, visually appealing highlighted quote that fits your site’s design.
