This step-by-step guide will show you how to add Business Hours (a clean, structured display of opening and closing times) to your WordPress site using the Unlimited Elements Blocks Library. The Business Hours block is highly flexible, perfect for clearly communicating your schedule, highlighting current status (Open/Closed), and works directly inside the native WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) – no coding required.
Click Download, then in your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP file.
Click Install Now and then Activate to enable the plugin.
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Unlimited Elements → Blocks Library.
This is where all available blocks are listed and managed.
Use the search bar at the top right and type “Business Hours”.
The Business Hours block will appear in the results list.
Hover over the Business Hours block and click Install.
This adds the block to your available options in the editor.
Open any page or post using the WordPress block editor.
Click the (+) Add Block button, search for “Business Hours”, and insert it into the page.
Once added, select the Business Hours block and use the settings panel on the right. Add or remove Day Items and set the Opening and Closing Times for each day, choose the Closed Text for off days, and control the visibility of the Highlight Current Day and Live Status Indicator. Customize the Styling for the Day Names, Time Values, Current Day Highlight, and Live Status Indicator colors to create a functional, visually appealing schedule that fits your site’s design.
