This step-by-step guide will show you how to add Floating Chat Buttons to your WordPress site using the Unlimited Elements Blocks Library. The Floating Chat Buttons block is highly flexible, perfect for collecting multiple communication channels (like WhatsApp, Messenger, Email, and Phone) into a single, compact, screen-corner access point, enhancing customer support, and works directly inside the native WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) – no coding required.
Click Download, then in your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP file.
Click Install Now and then Activate to enable the plugin.
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Unlimited Elements → Blocks Library.
This is where all available blocks are listed and managed.
Use the search bar at the top right and type “Floating Chat Buttons”.
The Floating Chat Buttons block will appear in the results list.
Hover over the Floating Chat Buttons block and click Install.
This adds the block to your available options in the editor.
Open any page or post using the WordPress block editor.
Click the (+) Add Block button, search for “Floating Chat Buttons”, and insert it into the page.
Once added, select the Floating Chat Buttons block and use the settings panel on the right. Add or remove Chat Channel Items (e.g., WhatsApp, Email), choose the Floating Position and Initial State (Open/Closed), and control the visibility of the Labels and Pre-filled Messages. Customize the Styling for the Main Button Icon, Individual Channel Buttons, and Text Typography to create a functional, visually appealing communication hub that fits your site’s design.
