This step-by-step guide will show you how to add a dedicated Instagram Card (a visually isolated display of a single post or your profile details) to your WordPress site using the Unlimited Elements Blocks Library. The Instagram Card block is highly flexible, perfect for drawing attention to a specific post, presenting a clean profile snapshot, and works directly inside the native WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) – no coding required.
Click Download, then in your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP file.
Click Install Now and then Activate to enable the plugin.
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Unlimited Elements → Blocks Library.
This is where all available blocks are listed and managed.
Use the search bar at the top right and type “Instagram Card”.
The Instagram Card block will appear in the results list.
Hover over the Instagram Card block and click Install.
This adds the block to your available options in the editor.
Open any page or post using the WordPress block editor.
Click the (+) Add Block button, search for “Instagram Card”, and insert it into the page.
Once added, select the Instagram Card block and use the settings panel on the right. Connect Your Instagram Account, choose the Card Style (Single Latest Post/Profile Info), control the visibility of the Caption, Likes Count, and Follower Count, and set the Link Behavior. Customize the Styling for the Card Container Background, Image Border Radius, Metadata Typography, and the optional Follow Button to create a functional, visually appealing social snapshot that fits your site’s design.
