This step-by-step guide will show you how to add Off Canvas Filters to your WordPress site using the Unlimited Elements Blocks Library. The Off Canvas Filters block is highly flexible, perfect for organizing multiple filters (like Checkboxes, Price Range, and Sorting) into a compact, space-saving, and mobile-friendly sidebar that slides in and out, and works directly inside the native WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) – no coding required.
Click Download, then in your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP file.
Click Install Now and then Activate to enable the plugin.
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Unlimited Elements → Blocks Library.
This is where all available blocks are listed and managed.
Use the search bar at the top right and type “Off Canvas Filters”.
The Off Canvas Filters block will appear in the results list.
Hover over the Off Canvas Filters block and click Install.
This adds the block to your available options in the editor.
Open any page or post using the WordPress block editor.
Click the (+) Add Block button, search for “Off Canvas Filters”, and insert it into the page.
Once added, select the Off Canvas Filters block and use the settings panel on the right. Adjust the Sidebar Position and Trigger Element to control where the panel appears and how it opens, choose the Transition Animation and Breakpoint, and control the visibility of the Overlay. Customize the Styling for the Trigger Button, Sidebar Container, and Close Icon to create a functional, visually appealing, space-saving filter system that fits your site’s design.
