This step-by-step guide will show you how to add a free PDF Viewer block to your WordPress site using the Unlimited Elements Blocks Library. The PDF Viewer block is easy to use, fully customizable, and works directly inside the native WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) – no coding required.
Click Download, then in your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP file.
Click Install Now and then Activate to enable the plugin.
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Unlimited Elements → Blocks Library.
This is where all available blocks are listed and managed.
Use the search bar at the top right and type “PDF Viewer”.
The PDF Viewer block will appear in the results list.
Hover over the PDF Viewer block and click Install.
This adds the block to your available options in the editor.
Open any page or post using the WordPress block editor.
Click the (+) Add Block button, search for “PDF Viewer”, and insert it into the page.
Once added, select the PDF Viewer block and use the settings panel on the right. Paste the URL of your PDF, set the viewer’s height and width, and customize the appearance and visibility of controls like the Previous/Next arrows and the Full Screen button to create a professional, embedded document display that fits your site’s design.
