This step-by-step guide will show you how to add an interactive Remote Tabs block to your WordPress site using the Unlimited Elements Blocks Library. The Remote Tabs block is highly flexible, perfect for organizing content, creating interactive feature demonstrations, or building advanced navigation schemes, and works directly inside the native WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) – no coding required.
Click Download, then in your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP file.
Click Install Now and then Activate to enable the plugin.
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Unlimited Elements → Blocks Library.
This is where all available blocks are listed and managed.
Use the search bar at the top right and type “Remote Tabs”.
The Remote Tabs block will appear in the results list.
Hover over the Remote Tabs block and click Install.
This adds the block to your available options in the editor.
Open any page or post using the WordPress block editor.
Click the (+) Add Block button, search for “Remote Tabs”, and insert it into the page.
Once added, select the Remote Tabs block and use the settings panel on the right. Add or remove Tab Items, set the Tab Title and Content for each item, and assign a unique Tab ID for external linking. Choose the Orientation and Default Tab. Customize the Styling for the Trigger Background and Typography (Normal and Active states), Content Container Background, and Transition Effects to create a functional, visually appealing interactive content area that fits your site’s design.
