This step-by-step guide will show you how to add a digital vCard (Virtual Contact File) to your WordPress site using the Unlimited Elements Blocks Library. The vCard block is highly flexible, perfect for clearly displaying contact information, personal details, and a downloadable contact file for easy sharing, and works directly inside the native WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) – no coding required.
Click Download, then in your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP file.
Click Install Now and then Activate to enable the plugin.
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Unlimited Elements → Blocks Library.
This is where all available blocks are listed and managed.
Use the search bar at the top right and type “vCard”.
The vCard block will appear in the results list.
Hover over the vCard block and click Install.
This adds the block to your available options in the editor.
Open any page or post using the WordPress block editor.
Click the (+) Add Block button, search for “vCard”, and insert it into the page.
Once added, select the vCard block and use the settings panel on the right. Enter the Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address, upload a Profile Picture, and link the vCard File for download. Customize the Styling for the vCard Container, Typography (for Name and Details), and Social Media Icons to create a functional, visually appealing digital contact card that fits your site’s design.
