Rum

Daisy de Santiago

Note:

The addition of orange liqueur enhances the fruity and citrusy notes, while a couple of dashes of Angostura bitters add complexity. The cocktail is then topped with club soda to create a lighter and effervescent texture. The garnish of a lime wheel or mint sprig adds a touch of freshness and visual appeal. Enjoy the exotic flavors of the Daisy de Santiago and transport yourself to tropical shores!

The Daisy de Santiago is a rum-based cocktail that combines the rich flavours of aged rum with the brightness of lime juice and the sweetness of orgeat syrup. Orgeat syrup, made from almonds and sugar, adds a nutty and slightly floral undertone to the drink.
